Activity No: 2017/ODD/04

Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) organized An Awareness program On "Women's Health Care” on 12-AUG'2017 with the intention to create awareness about means and ways to take care of the health for the upliftment of the future society, among the female participants for the benefits of female faculty members & students community .

Resource person were Dr.S.S.SUBHA,M.D.,D.G.O., Professor of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Govt. Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College & Hospital, Salem.

The Program was intended to create awareness among Female gender participants about; How far the health is more essential for the growth of our own future generation. It also précised about the effects of carelessness that female shows towards their inner health.

It also added;

• Different types of diseases, to which the women are prone too.
• Different types of deficiency that happens to different age group of female community.
• How to overcome women related problems?
• The types of food habits to be followed in our day to day routine.
• Benefits of Practicing Exercises, Yoga.

The participants were much attentive & interactive throughout the program & it was carried out more lively by the Guests.
