Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) organized An Awareness program on"Healthy Women Wealthy Nation" on 04-JUL'2017 with the intention to create awareness about the Importance of Health for the upliftment of the future society, among the female participants for the benefits of female faculty members & students community (EEE,ECE,CSE,EIE).

Resource person was Dr.S.Ashok,Managing Director,Saravana Hospital,Ponnamapet,Salem-1.

The Program was intended to create awareness among Female gender participants about; How far the health is more essential for the growth of our own future generation . It also precised about the effects of carelessness that female shows towards their inner health.

It also added;

• How the internal organs are being interrelated with our own thought process?
• How does our mental thinking have its own effects on our health?
• The types of food habits to be followed in our day to day routine.
• Benefits of Practicing Exercises, Yoga.
• Embark on an exciting new journey of self-discovery.

The students were much attentive & interactive throughout the program & it was carried out more lively by the Guests.
